First, no Nielsen's has been done for several months so your supposition that they are growing may well not be correct.
It just as likely may well be an understatement. And FOX doesn't even have a broadcast network version of evening news, does it? Just imagine if they did.
I imagine it would divide their viewership pretty quickly. FOX News was growing fast because its base was much smaller than the other cable channels and not because everyone is turning to it. Besides, I watch it and I am hardly the average Fox viewer.......I watch only for the comic relief and not the news. I take that back.......Greta is good but then Greta's a liberal and a professional.
As for their increase in viewership, there is no other conservative 'tabloid' news show on tv at the present time. They're new and sensationalistic.

Let me see........which channel thinks everything is fine in Iraq despite round the clock bombings and Iraqi protests. Who does FOX think they're fooling? FOX makes no effort to disabuse itself of its de facto reputation as the news channel for the White House.
If that weren't bad enough, professionism seems to be a naughty word for those who appear on the channel. In fact, they seem right out of a Vegas lounge act.
Of course, that grows old fairly fast.

Despite the liberals' success at "dumbing down America" over the past 30 years, people can eventually still catch on and tell when they're being bs'ed.
