That's a conspiracy theory which assumes some right-winger is in league with Al Qaida and the Saudis and could predict exactly how the whole thing would go down. Next to impossible. It's one thing to say a "simple" assassination or two is a conspircy (probably right) but something of this magnitude, not likely. More likely are crooked deals which could be negotiated amongst colluding parties who control a certain situation like the energy markets. In 1999-2001 the Bushies had 100% support from the energy companies and could have "easily" conspired to rig everything in conjunction with the elections. Very likely and there is a lot of proof of fraud, though no smoking gun yet linking Bush-Cheney to the actual crimes. Sometimes just allowing it to happen is the way it's done. As payback. It sure took care of Grey Davis, didn't it? The recall was no accident.
