when you look into the GDP figure it was in large part government spending so this is probably the economic climate we will have for the election. OK stock market, horrible (worst in decades) jobs, especially white collar, and declining currency which is a double edge sword but probably ok, and giant deficits and broke states. Californias UI system is broke now. So Dean and Gephardt are both on the mark in this climate. Not really Lieberman imho, hes too pro-war.
