Unfortunately it makes it difficult for me to gauge national sentiment.

If you live where I think you do, your area went 80/20 for Davis in the recall. I have the same problem here in the Islands, which are run by an combination of Liberal ethnic Japanese/Trade Union people.

Keep watching the National polling I post. It is usually accurate. My attitude here is root for your guy, but face reality. If the economy stay as it is or gets better, and Iraq stays the same or improves, it's Bush in a walk. That's what the numbers say.

The big mistake with Recall polling in California was that they wouldn't believe the numbers. And the Head of the Dem Party put out false numbers at the end.
