Regional states denounce Iraq bombings, urge U-S to restore order Damascus, Syria-AP -- Iraq's neighbors are are condemning the recent terror attacks there -- and are urging the U-S to restore security. Foreign ministers from Syria, Iran, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Jordan and Egypt wrapped up two days of meetings on the Iraqi crisis in Syria. Iraq's foreign minister boycotted the gathering, after being insulted by two last-minute invitations. He says Iraq's interim government won't honor any decisions made at the meeting.
