The thing that I think Bush supporters miss, is the distaste for a preemptive strike war, which many now think was a meaningless attempt at bravado How much of this exists among people who voted for Bush the last time, that's the question. I know lots of people feel this way, but all the people I know voted for Gore or Nader in 2000. In other words, neither base is moving. It all depends which way the swing vote moves.
