DAYTRADING ALERT! Something funny is going on with Ascend. Two unconfirmed reports of headlines from Dow Jones stating dismal sales for July (why would they report one month) and another with earnings of only 2&cent. Neither makes much sense, even though I'm generally negative on Ascend. The DJ news server is down, there's nothing on Bloomberg, shares are down >5% on >6MM shares, the thread is screaming bloody murder, and it would all be very exciting if I was short instead of long. {:- / There may be some plays for those who like volatility.
