Not going to disagree with most of that.

However, as my previous post stated - said another way -

Gulo -- would you take on a job as a pizza delivery worker knowing your car doesn't start in the cold or during wet weather - and that is the type of conditions we are entering?

Because they deregulated with our nuclear plants not fully operational - we ended up having to import hydro during the spring/summer.

Yes the deregulation meant the market decides the rates not the government; but I think the Liberals could have increased the rates and ease into deregulation instead of just saying "well we have a giant deficit and we are scrapping the fixed rates".

Anyahoo.. points well taken.
