Did Arkin release the actual tapes he made.......I must have missed that. Arkin went on Hugh Hewitt's show and said he would release to him and then backed out. I find no evidence that he has. Hewitt certainly has said he hasn't. Think Time was stretching it. I really don't care what is on the tapes. This is a "Gotcha" by Arkin, and it looks like Rummy is backing Boykin up all the way.
