What Rumsfeld would deny to the Army is highly mobile artillery. The Army has excellent Arty. They don't need the new one, and Rummy cancelled it. He was right. They didn't need any more Arty for Iraq, Franks agreed, and it turned out to be true. What they needed for Iraq afterward was blown, no doubt about it. Now we will see how fast they can react.
