That sentence was my summary of his presidency. :-) Actually, Ford came out pretty well and Reagan too. The story was Ford ENJOYED farting in the presence of others. You can find the book by name (Inside the White House) at amazon.com . It was published a few years ago. The author interviewed folks who worked at the WH: housekeepers, secret agents, cooks, etc.
