Well, were Bush referring to the French in his statement, then this is just another example of Bush misrepresenting the factsand misleading the American people.

For example, why would Bush have to publicly say to the French that they've got to be on board (you're either with us or against us) in the war against terrorism? In point of fact, it was the French who introduced a resolution into the United Nations in the immediate aftermath of 9/11, a resolution creating calling for a worldwide fight against terrorism. I guess Bush must have been using the French for political advantage.
