You are giving an argument against any kind of market efficiency in investment and labor, and calling for fear and stagnation. Under your point of view, we would have quashed the automobile to protect the buggy industry, or the supermarket to save the butcher. We would have set up internal tariffs to keep jobs from flowing West and South within the United States itself. Either you grasp the way that capitalism works, or you don't, I guess......
