If "it doesn't work" and" it isn't useful" isn't a sufficient reason, then what is. I don't know that LE wants it if it doesn't work, would you? My link showed the chief law enforcement officer of CA (a notorious anti-gun guy) commissioned a study of it and doesn't think it will work. Why do YOU claim he wants it? The NRA doesn't back criminals, unless you're suggesting that opposing useless and intrusive gun laws makes you a criminal. The 2nd Amendment is not about hunting or sport shooting, it's about the inherit right to self-defense against tyranny.
