Ramsey, you want to see more jobs, but where do you see the growth coming from? Where do you see creation of a well paying jobs? Bubble in hi-tech employment is well over. Wal-Mart is the biggest US employer. Wal-Mart doesn't pay well. Where do college graduates find their jobs these days?

1. Unemployment rate is just a bit over 6%, which is pretty low already.
2. US has very little participation in growth in China
3. Wages are stagnant but consumer inflation is not.

US should be lucky if employment from deflating RE financing will be easily absorbed. Refis are history now but RE sales are running almost twice the rate of a few years ago. Can it get much better?
