And since we are already in deficit spending, it all goes to the federal "bottom line", in addition to the subsequent interest payments for the length of the bonds that must be sold. That same statement applies to every penny the government spends for anything. Would you like specific separate invoces to each taxpayer for there share of each federal project or program? Tim
