Pat,

~~~~~"1. has anyone contacted upr to get their coments on the namx release since it named them. have they verified drill results ?"~~~~
No need to really. The releases that involve UPR have to be approved by UPR anyway. That is why the sudden movement in NAMX after the press release using UPR's name and not the "strategic partner" moniker that we grew accoustomed to.
~~~"they did not seem to want anything to do with namx. or was
this just to keep the secret. did they anounce the plant before drill results were known or after."~~~~~

I don't think "they" didn't want to have any relationship with NAMX, it's just that earlier this year, if you read the posts, there were numerous rumblings about the management shake up and what not. UPR apparently wanted NAMX to get things "straightened out" before any other moves were made. Now who really knows what went on behind the scenes? UPR made their announcement about the helium plant in a release dated March 31, 1997 I believe. The "test" wells may have been/probably were drilled prior to that. The two wells mentioned (that we all thought were the test wells to begin with) were not drilled until April. The EXACT timing of these events are not known to me or anyone else that I know of (outside of the company), and may never be known.

~~~~~"2. could someone who knows about gas expound on what 1000 psi pressure when capped means, the good porosity, and the gas ladened water or whatever the release said."~~~~~~
I'm not at all familiar with oil. My sources tell me, however, that 1010psi is very good. Pressures as low as 200 - 300psi can and are profitable. Don't take my word for it though. Perhaps someone out there with oil knowledge could expound on this?
~~~~~"3. lastly, if em sounder was right 3 times in a row, then these gas wells are not the story. to have even a 12 percent chance of hitting three in a row, the em sounder has to be right 50 percent of the time over the long haul. my guese would be that it would be better than 66 % correct since this would give a 30 percent chance at hitting three straight out of the box. lets face it, so far it would be considered infallible. what would the technology be worth. can you say cheap energy for the world for a long time to come. sorry for the hype, but this thing could be revolutionary."~~~~~

Your numbers confuse me, but, I never was one to like story problems! ;-) Bottom line is you're right. This thing could be revolutionary. Don't forget, when we bought in, the hype was on the technology, not the oil revenues. My concerns, at this point, are limited to the number of shares in the float and verification that NAMX owns the rights exclusively for EMSOUNDER.

Hope this helps somewhat!
