Art, They are NOT my comments; I have no problems. The whole point of the article (see Title) is the EXPORT of TD-SCDMA. The comments are entirely from Siemens - I'm sure folks here will ascribe a rose-colored interpretation. Color me UNSURPRISED!! I think it's fairly clear Siemens intends to pay NO ROYALTIES on TD-SCDMA - whether intended for domestic or export markets. Rob
