Dean has begun on self-destruct mode. deep-down he knows he's not ready to be president. Kerry is. Kerry is the most ready to be president of any of them. James Carville noted the other night how Clinton always fought back from his deepest lows, knowing deep-down he was destined. Kerry has that kind of self-knowledge. Dean doesn't. Lieberman, Edwards and Gephardt also know they're going to lose. Bush's self-knowledge had everything to do with daddy's friends supporting him. Starting with Bectel's George Schultz, then James Baker, Ken Lay, Dick Cheney. He owes those four everything.
