EX I have been in and out of TRIB for 7 years. I have been waiting for the FDA HIV test approval most of that time. I has gotten to be kind of a joke with TRIB followers. The last quarterly conference call, the CEO alluded that approval would be not too long after the site inspection in mid September and that once approval came they could begin shipping as soon as label definitions were finalized. My guess is we will know of the approval before the end of the year and shipping will start 1 to 2 months after that. Jim
