For over 200 years, we've elected Presidents using the Electoral College, not the popular vote. Gore can't claim surprise. Why should the 2000 election be an exception to our Constitutional system? Get over it, already, or file your complaint with the drafters and signers of our Constitution. They're the ones to "blame". LOL.
Its was the Supreme Ct. that decided that election, and not the Electoral College. First time the SC decided an election, and how did that happen? Ole Bushie, a states' rights advocate, went running to the SC at the first sign of trouble.
