feel bettah now? :-)

I'm of the belief that there should be
special licensing for cars allowed on freeways
and the rule should be enforced.

If it can't be driven in excess of 49.27 mph
then it should be relegated to surface streets.

I don't know how many times there have been
stalls on the freeway, clogging traffic and
creating danger, because someone with
a non-complying car insists on driving the freeway.

The other thing that irks me is that the CHP
looks for people with nice cars to ticket for
speeding because it's primarily a revenue thing.

They should instead be keeping the obvious hazards
off the road, but there's no money in that!!!
