No, we don't know either of those allegations. All you could do to take this phoney case further is to say that Saddam harbors us no ill-will(an equally foolish falshood).
He did harbor ill-will toward us and others, his actions are well understood to have purely begged for our retaliation, and we've done so rightly and to the great benefit of the Iraqi people(80% of whom are glad he is gone). After 911 we learned that in this day and age, it is important to nip little maniacal idiots like him in the bud.
