Always remember, finding the market ahead of everyone else is the key to the success of the strategy, not finding the gorilla. In which case this business of identifying G&K candidates [after the market has been identified] is a waste of time, and instead we should be looking at markets and market opportunity. A point which I recall didn't exactly meet with a warm reception last time it was raised :o)
