Joe and/Sigmund I have a call into CFO since Stacey Byars (IR) is out till 8/20. I have left a msg with him asking if hew can shed any light on the recent insider selling that occured on 7/28. Evidently, a Vp & Officer sold 15,000 shares at 16.875. I will also ask him about when they thing they will do this PMA thing. Unfortunately, I'm ignorant in this area and could use some help when wording this question. If you can please expleain PMA. And if you have any additional questions I should please include them asap. Regards Miguel
