Scott / Kevin I just got back from the stockholders meeting this morning and it was said that the company has scheduled a meeting with NASDAQ to discuss the Ross plan on recapitalizing the company. NASDAQ will not delist the company prior to that meeting, which could be between thirty and sixty days from Friday. This means that delisting MAY NOT occur. Overall, I think the meeting went well, and there were quite a number of interested people there. Tim
