Yup the old rule of thumb works as you proved:

2% NSR = 10% NPI (carried?)

So BHP values the project at US$380MM in 2003 money. I wonder why so low ...

They put their interest out for sale ... highest bid is $38MM and IVN matches through a "right of first refusal".

Hmmmm is that the same Friedland that promoted the Galactic Mine in Colorado (or am I way off base) ... before looking for diamonds offshore Africa and stumbling on Ni-ore in Labrador ...
