Driscoll pointing out that 2003 Canadian imports and production down 10% and 3%. Also that starting soon the oil sands projects will need 0.4-0.6 bcfpd in 2004 while production drops another 0.4 bcfpd.

Of course with USA production plummeting and $4-5 NG he has the sector underweight.
