They follow the example of fearless leader George, perhaps- simply claim a country has WMD, and claim you are making the world safe from terrorism (even though the country in question really isn't a big issue in terms of terrorism) and claim your one nation has the right "protect" itself from a threat that doesn't exist and FURTHER claim you are acting under the authority of articles that relate to another organization... Well, let me tell you, no one, NO ONE, can claim things like the Bush administration can claim things. I thought Clinton was a pretty big liar, and then Bush came along.
