I was under the impression that China responded pretty well to SARS after they woke up to the threat.....

There are people hwo are noting that China is not educating enough people to match future requirements generated by the presnt growth rate.

There may be an opportunity to bring in teachers from Phillipines, India, etc.

In the US, the University of Phoenix is a private, profit making company which has put its founder on the Forbes 400 list.

I also thought tension in China was ususally regional, Norht vs. South, not Han vs. XYZ group.
