Kentucky and Mississippi are not big gains. The kentucky Dem governor had a sex scandal and Kentucky votes Republican these days. Mississippi is a very right-wing state and elected a big fat white collar crook named Haley Barbour who ought to be in prison. In the general election, Bushies are going to in for a shocking surprise, that is if Dems play it smart and run Kerry-Clark. That's starting to look more likely as Dean fades.
