IMHO how even the most savvy analyst could interpret and/or understand anything concerning market share is beyond me. For instance, at one time (I don't know if they still do this) Apple donated many systems to colleges and universities. Do you include these donations in market share numbers and if you do doesn't a block of non-revenue producing market share skew the numbers? In calculating market share there must be some solid formulas of some sort...what are they?
