Alvin, The meeting 0n 11/7 is to approve option package for new board members. As for the recent drop, IMO FLML had gotten ahead of itself...2.00 to 43.00 nearly in a straight line upwards. Issuance of new shares and long term holders took some off the board (including myself)..it appears that FLML will churn around at the current levels until new deals announced and first product approved...Long term a stock to own..but rocket ride will be more subdued from this point...
