Monday August 11 10:11 AM EDT Einstein/Noah says suit 'groundless' GOLDEN, Colo., Aug 11 (Reuter) - Einstein/Noah Bagel Corp said Monday that a class action lawsuit filed against it was ``groundless'' and that it would defend itself ``vigorously.'' The Seattle law firm of Cohen, Milstein, Hausfeld & Toll said the stockholder suit alleges that Einstein and some of its officers and directors violated federal securities laws. A statement issued by the law firm did not indicate the court in which the lawsuit was filed. The attorneys could not be reached for comment.
