Right Henry Bud tracks what amounts to institutional buying force with his patented system. The system shows very high amount of accumulation with almost no increase in price. This inevitable breaks up to higher trading range.. and with little resistance .. once it does break it will float up a little.. only in this case there may be selling pressure almost immediately to limit the upside. luis
