I am not the Joe you were refering to, but will put my few sense
in. I own 70,000 shares. Received a letter from
mvph which purchased part of PRTI. It give the updated report on mvph. mentioned a dividen in stocks from Prti.I wrote to the president, asking for more information. If I hear any thing will post.
