ATF doesn't even publish those statistics but I see plenty of individual cases of the BATF trying to catch non licensees with no criminal records whatsover for "dealing firearms without a license" at gun shows. BATF policy is 4 free transactions a year without a license...thats it. Margins are gun sales are low. On 4 transactions you might make $100...yea thats big business. BATF actively goes to gun shows looking for targets. They watch newspapers and internet ads.
