Rick re: verybody pays their fair share to the UN and how do you define the fair share? for example; why should US pay 25% of Kosovo Bill? BTW the actual bill for Kosovo that US paid was substantially higher than 25% because US expenses were ignored globalpolicy.org france is using UN as a stage against US while paying 1/5 of US bill? Lets not even speak of rab countries.....
