Yea but half of the firearms cases were under 6. That means if you inherited 6 firearms from a deceased relative and tried to sell them directly without going through an FFL, you could earn a 10 year trip to the Federal Penn, with no prior record, no prior felony convictions, not even a speeding ticket. I found a case of guy where this exact thing happened to him, just so BATF could justify their high paying jobs with a cruddy statistic. Its cases like that which underscore my anti-Federalist ideology.
