CH basically covered my response. We don't let people kill German or Chinese citizens. Response to your later post - I would be interested in his argument about why it's OK to compromise the rights of a citizen on behalf of a non-citizen. I'm sure you've heard the argument that our rights to free speech don't include the right to "yell fire in a crowded theater". No take that theater and imagine everyone in it but you is a citizen of the UK. Does that mean that you now do have the right to yell fire in a crowded theater? I don't think so. Tim
