Once this dynamic is priced in, and perhaps after a general market pullback, AFFX could give a good buying opportunity, IMO; I'm guessing low 20s. AFFX showed intra-day support this afternoon at the 24.05 level. The nearest support is now at 25.30 and the resistance starting at 26.30 to the 26.60 siliconinvestor.com If you look at its weekly chart, it seems that when it can close above its March 21 H of 29.93 it could get to try to close the early February 2002 down-gap above the 35.10 level.
