HoHoHo, just read some rumor/news (hope they are true): Beijing-Shanghai high-speed Rail will be built by Chinese themselves, and will do IPO like SanXia Dam for the funding. And this is one reason why Japan reduce its loan to China by 20% this year.

And a lot of future projects in China, including auto industry, energy, and 2008 Olympic constructions, will put a tight scrutiny on Japanese capital involvement.
