Halliburton charging taxpayers $2.59 a gallon in IRAQ! Can you imagine. Gougers never change. Enron II. And these are the people Bushies want us to trust. Weren't tax-payers supposed to get REPAID from those oil reserves? Instead, we're being gouged with them. Double-dipping at Uncle Sam's expense.
