<<...we have 100's of big easy targets...>> Yup...Saddam knew this too...He played possum and let Bush and the NeoCONS ride right into Baghdad -- they thought they would have an easy time installing 'a new regime' and fostering democracy. Yet, Saddam and his henchmen hid large quantities of cash and military supplies all over the country IN PREPARATION FOR A GUERILLA WAR...Over 2 large contingents of Saddam's loyal and highly trained elite Republican Guard disappeared as our forces moved into Baghdad and Bush declared victory (on the battleship). We also have LOTS of Iraqis that are upset with the United States as the war has destroyed their infrastructure and killed many innocent Iraqi citizens (I've seen estimates way over ten thousand). It's also very possible that some of Bin Laden's sympathizers have moved over the borders into Iraq to assist in going after 'the higher profile targets'...We know that Al Qaeda is ruthless and has increased recruiting since our country arrogantly invaded Iraq because we had a President who claimed there was an 'imminent threat.' It's a sad situation and IMO we need a new leader to help us get out in a responsible and honerable way...Bush is very stubborn and has been brainwashed by the NeoCONS and the right-wing extremists. Our country is starting to lose A LOT of soldiers and I predict this will have a big impact on the election next November. -s2
