Michigan Restaurant Association Renews Merchant Processing Agreement with ABN AMRO Merchant Services

LANSING, Mich., Nov. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ABN AMRO Merchant Services, LLC. (AAMS), a joint venture of LaSalle Bank Corporation and National Processing Company, LLC. (NPC®), a wholly owned subsidiary of National Processing, Inc. (NYSE: NAP), announced the renewal of a merchant processing agreement with Michigan Restaurant Association (MRA), the recognized leader of Michigan's hospitality industry. Under the terms of the agreement, AAMS will continue providing credit card authorization and settlement services for Michigan Restaurant Association members.
Michigan Restaurant Association has been enhancing and nurturing the growth and development of Michigan's hospitality industry for over 80 years.
