Again, I submit, it is primarily, maybe totally based on cheap, easy credit. Once credit becomes more "normal", all real estate (and bond) speculators will be in trouble.

Year after year of 10-15% credit growth (in an economy growing at 3-4%) is very unhealthy. Read the Aust. and UK CB statements now, they recognize it belatedly.
