No. The short term trend is still down until we get a close above 16 7/8. Otherwise, we could rally to that area and then turn down again. However, I think buying at 13 is OK, since the earnings were good and downside risk is only three points below that. I want to buy this one again, but I want to see more stability, before I commit the funds. I don't think you should take Elaine's admonition lightly, her models have been accurate.
