To All: I got a couple of problems corrected with my new computer but I have a couple lingering. The first is I did an automatic update (never again) and it knocked some sort of setting loose somewhere. Any time I go to a web page it labels ads. I often get this little 1/4 inch by 1/8 inch tag saying ad attached to any ads on the page. The problem is as it does this it gives off a sound like a drop of water dripping (or a cheap sound effects effort to make that sound). Any pop ups generate that noise and if there are four ads on a page (banner ads whatever) I get four water drops. How do I shut this off?
The other problem is the toolbar still won't stay locked. Whether locked or unlocked when the computer is shut off then restarted it returns to the original settings.
Thanks for any help.
All the Best
Dan
