1. the selling of $75 million additional stock might motivated by additional cash to increase the chance of getting the Gig-Be contract;

2. "Burning cash like there’s no tommorrow” - it is not untrue. CORV got huge amount of free cash from the IPO, and it took time for the management to get used the frugality.

3. Dorsal Acquisition – no doubt this was the biggest blunder/stupidity/Huber’s ego-greedy, ... But I am not sure if Huber had the majority ownership of Dorsal. If he did have the majority ownership of Dorsal, then he made money by that deal. Otherwise, if his ownership was less or equal to his ownership in CORV’s, he did not, or he lost, money. The price? That was then and this is now – the deal occurred a year ago?

4. A crap – Dig deeper. I certainly hope it is not.
