Sulhoff, of Omaha, Nebraska, announced today with excitement, AVHC has signed a contract to acquire a 100% ownership interest in NutraTek Health Science Company. NutraTek, L.L.C. is a Utah Limited Liability Company, whose address is 859 West South Jordan Parkway, suite 104, South Jordan, Utah 84095.
Johnny Sanchez, NutraTek owner and president, has led NutraTek Health Science Company into the multi-billion dollar Wellness business.
